Tucker Royall
Tucker Royall has fought for his clients in courtrooms across the state as a litigator for law firms specializing in real estate, oil and gas, environmental law, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Tucker has also served as a General Counsel for both private companies and for the State of Texas. His diverse experience gives him a unique perspective and allows him to evaluate your legal position and pathways from all angles.
Tucker has a strong background in the energy and environmental sectors, having worked as a lawyer and advisor at the highest levels of state government. He previously served as an advisor to Governor Rick Perry on environmental issues, oil and gas, and property rights. Tucker served as Special Counsel at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality before becoming the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for the agency. He also served as the Committee Director and General Counsel for the Texas Senate Committee on Natural Resources & Economic Development, where he advised on legal, legislative, and political matters.
Tucker is a problem solver that has crafted policy and drafted legislation in many areas of the law, including oil and gas, environmental regulation, water law, real estate, finance, and statewide economic development. His background allows him to deliver for clients whether it be in the courtroom, at the negotiating table, or the halls of government.
